Let’s do a mid-year mental health check-in.

Now that we’re in July, it’s officially the second half of 2025, and it’s a great month for some self-evaluation. Here are some questions that can invite you to gentle reflection, empowerment, and goal-setting.

Grab a journal or the notes app on your phone and take time to work through these prompts.

Select one or two questions from each section.

If you’re a current client, feel free to bring your journal to the next session, and we’ll be happy to help you process your reflections.
